A POIGNANT charity event in memory of a beloved local father could be forced to be cancelled if the Towy Valley pylons go ahead. Ar y Gorwel – which translates to “On the Horizon” – is a gathering of hot air balloons held in Llandovery in memory of Arwel Davies.
